Dear Customer,
We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change to your MetLife Policy Update: Changes to Your VUL policy, effective from February 16, 2024. There will be an increase in the Management and Expense (M&E) charge, subject to the clause “The above are based on current expenses and charges and are subject to change in future with prior notice” in the current expense and changes endorsement which was issued along with your policy. The increase will be 0.5% per annum or 0.042% per month.
Please be assured that this increase is in line with the agreed contractual terms and conditions of your policy. Our top priority is our commitment to transparency and fulfilling our obligations to you.
